Return Policy

Euromotive Performance accepts returns on defective parts and unused parts. Any part that has been mounted on a vehicle will not qualify for return. Our consumers have 30 days to return any item that qualifies for a return. Anything that exceeds the 30 day window provided for returns will no longer qualify for a refund or exchange. Any item no longer in it’s original condition, damaged, and/or missing parts not due to our error will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and thoroughly inspected you will be notified via email. The email you receive will also confirm if the item has been approved or denied for a refund. If your refund is approved, a credit will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.

As previously mentioned, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in order to qualify for a return or exchange. The item must also be returned in it’s original packaging. Lastly, in order for the return to be final you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. The receipt or proof of purchase is to be mailed back along with the package.

For return inquiries, please contact sales@shopeuromotive.com. To process your return we will need your full name and order number. Make sure you do not send your purchase back the manufacturer or this will result in a delay.

Do you cover shipping cost on returns?

Euromotive Performance will not cover shipping on returned items. Customers will be responsible for any shipping charges due to returned items.

What if my refund is late or missing?

Euromotive Performance will provide you with a refund receipt once refund has been processed. If your refund is not received within the time suggested then you will need to contact your bank. Keep in mind that some refunds can take longer to post than others. If you’ve contacted your bank and they’re unable to help you with your request give us a call at 1800-923-9590 or email sales@shopeuromotive.com.

What happens if the product I ordered is defective?

If the item you received is defective or damaged we will do our best to provide you with a replacement item as soon as possible. If your item was damaged during shipping it is your responsibility to report the incident to the courier immediately. It will be the courier’s responsibility to reimburse you for the damage. Euromotive Performance will provide you with a return approval number and shipping address to return defective item.

Is there a restocking fee on returned items?

Euromotive Performance will accept returns with no additional fees on select items. Select items include any Built to order items. Built to order items will include a 10% restocking fee.
