Is free shipping available?

Free ground shipping is provided on orders that exceed $100. If free shipping is something that you’d like to pass on we also provide expedited shipping options. Fees for expedited shipping may vary.

Do you ship outside the United States?

International shipping is also available to our customers. As previously mentioned, shipping rates will vary according to your region. Shipping rates will be available to you at checkout once you’ve provided your address.

Do you offer expedited or overnight shipping?

Euromotive Performance does offer priority and next day shipping. If priority shipping is something you require then please contact us at sales@shopeuromotive.com or call 1800-923-9590.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Sorry, shipping to P.O. boxes is not available at this moment.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Items that are in-stock are scheduled to arrive between 1-10 business days via Standard ground shipping. Any built to order products and International orders may take longer to arrive. Keep in mind that the arrival date depends on distance and travel time. As soon as your order ships you will be provided with a routing number via email.

How do I track my package?

After your order has shipped you will be emailed a tracking number. If your part is in stock then the tracking will be available once your order is shipped out. If your product is not available or is in backorder you will be notified immediately. A Euromotive Performance representative will contact you regarding your order.

Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?

If you entered an incorrect shipping address please notify us immediately. Call us at 1800-923-9590 or email sales@shopeuromotive.com so that we can correct your shipping information. If your package has shipped, new charges will be apply to your original method of payment or new method of payment provided. The fees include a $12 Intercept fee charged by UPS and transportation fees to change an address.
